We hereby inform you that since 2016, Mudanjiang Gauteng Technology Development Co., Ltd have been appointed as the Exclusive Distributor for the TRU-TRACᵀᴹ Conveyor Belt Tracking Rollers in China. 

It has come to our attention that certain companies located in China are manufacturing fake TRU-TRACᵀᴹ products, and illegally using the registered TRU-TRACᵀᴹ trademarks, TRU-TRACᵀᴹ product codes and TRU-TRACᵀᴹ part descriptions without our permission or consent. These fake tracker products are also manufactured as copies of the original and in some instances, look very similar, and are passed off as original TRU-TRACᵀᴹ products. Please be advised that there are no authorized manufacturers of TRU-TRACᵀᴹ products in China. Any products bearing the TRU-TRAC ᵀᴹ trademark sold by other manufacturers and suppliers in China is unauthorized, these are fake products and this constitutes trademark and possible intellectual property infringement.

This causes confusion for the customer and dilutes the goodwill and distinctiveness of our trademark and products. Original TRU-TRACᵀᴹ products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and have been tested extensively in applications around the world, over the past 25 years. The fake products are not manufactured to the same high standards and as a critical component on the conveyor system, these fake products may pose significant safety and operational risk to customer operations. Use of such fake products are entirely at your own risk.

We advise customers to ensure that TRU-TRAC ᵀᴹ products are supplied with an import declaration form and certificate of origin to ensure TRU-TRAC ᵀᴹ products they are buying are original. Should there be any doubt, customers may contact us directly for confirmation and are encouraged to send us product Serial numbers for verification (sales@tru-trac.com).
